Help - Troubles

Here are solutions to problems you may encounter.

  1. Opening Application Forms

    When downloading an application form, you have the option of selecting a format of the form. If you have WordPerfect, click on the WordPerfect link, and if you have Word, click on the Word link. Otherwise, click (or shift click) on RTF (Rich Text Format) or plain text format. RTF and text formats should work with most, if not all, current word processors and text editors respectively.

    Please note that it could take up to a minute to download an application form. When you click on an application, you may be asked to save the form or open it.

    If you select save, you will be asked to select a directory or folder to put the application in. Make a note of the folder the application is saved in. Then open your word processor, such as WordPerfect or Word, and open the application file. You may need to change folders to get the application.

    If you select open when downloading, your computer will try to open the application with a word processor, such as Word or WordPerfect. You can then save the application from within the word processor.

    Once the application is open, you can fill out the form. Please save it when completed. You can also open it later to continue filling out the forms.

  2. Settings

    You may need to refresh or reload the web pages to use the new settings. Worst case scenario is to close your browser and run it again. Your browser must also support cookies and have cookies enabled to use the settings feature.
